Candide – Year II

andide is a satirical novel by the French writer and philosopher Voltaire. In "Candide", Voltaire concludes that optimism should not be accepted uncritically and proposes the famous principle according to which "we must cultivate our garden" instead of Leibniz's thought that "everything is best in the best of all possible worlds".

This edition is a reading for the second year of secondary education.
