Areas of use

-DISHMAT is used to clean greasy and dried dirt in various types of single tank or tunnel type industrial dishwashers in places like hotels, hospitals, restaurants. Alkaline dishwasher detergent for professional use that removes heavy grease, grime.

- Effective detergent for washing dishes with a high power of dissolving proteins in hard water.

- It should not be used on aluminum and copper materials.

USE AND QUANTITY

It is used with an automatic dosing system. It is used in the range of 1.5-5 g/L according to the table below, depending on the hardness of the water to be used and the amount of contamination of the dishes being washed. Technical support is provided by EFECTO staff.

WATER HARDNESS G/LT (dosage)

Soft water (10 dH and below) 1.5 - 2 g/lt

Medium hard water (10-15 dH) 2 - 3 g/lt

Hard water (15 dH and more) 3-5 g/lt

COMPOSITION OF THE PRODUCT

Contains 12%±2% sodium hydroxide (Cas No: 1310-73-2), <5-15% phosphonate and deionized water.
