Deep purple color. Complex and intense aromas of black cherry, black berry, black currant, cinnamon, cloves, orange peel and honey. Sweet with refreshing acidity, ripe and velvety tannins, well integrated alcohol offering pleasant warmth, well-delineated candied fruits and intense sweet spices harmonious long finish with Christmas sweets opulent notes.

Vinification: Rapid extraction for a 5 day open fermentation interrupted with grape brandy. Maturation in stainless steel still tank 12 months. Maturation in the bottle 6 months.

Served slightly chilled 15 °C or with ice cube and slice of orange. Enjoy as a digestive or accompanied with chocolate deserts.
